Founder's Associate
We're an AI-native consulting and procurement solutions firm, unlocking value for mid-sized European industrial companies. We address opportunities across the entire supplier relationship, from supplier spend analysis down to supplier negotiations, developing our proprietary tools and solutions at each step of the way.

You will work closely with our founders, Patrick & Cedrick, across all dimensions of the business.
AI & automation, to make our day-to-day project execution work more efficient
- Mapping our workflow and identifying automation opportunities.
- Developing AI-enabled workflows and analytics tools.
- Experiment freely: we'd rather you try ten things and ship five than wait for instructions.
And you will naturally get broader exposure to other activities:
- Project execution: contribution to client-facing execution tasks, including market and supplier research, spend data analytics and production of deliverables.
- Commercial development: identification of prospects and preparation of prospection materials.
We know this may sound broad, and we understand you cannot and should not do it all either. The reality is, you'll focus on what you're most passionate about and where you believe you can bring most value.
We're looking for someone:
- Curious and motivated, with a strong interest in AI and a genuine appetite to learn.
- Who can bring new ideas, think critically and with good judgement.
- With at least 6 months of prior work experience.
- Comfortable working in English.
Not a clue about what procurement is? That's normal, and we'll cover that part. Some coding experience appreciated, but not indispensable.
